The company is led by Dave and Jen Marr. Dave manages the hospitality business. Jen, in addition to providing advisory services, is also CEO and Founder of Inspiring Comfort LLC.
Dave has previously served as Senior Vice President and Global Head for Hilton’s Full Service Brands category. In this role, he was responsible for the strategic direction and growth of Hilton’s full service brands. He also oversaw full service brand operations and standards, and provided global product development and brand definition in areas including Food & Beverage, Innovation and Wellness.
He has an extensive background in leading brand development strategy and positioning, sales, marketing and owner services in the hospitality industry. He has also worked for Marriott and Starwood Hotels & Resorts in various sales, marketing and brand leadership roles, including Global Brand Leader for Sheraton and Tribute Portfolio.
With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, he has a proven track record of success, generating strong growth for world class hotels and major hospitality brands, and launching successful, large-scale brands.
